i found this amazing and simple recipe on Pinterest and tweaked it to be Paleo friendly. Wow! What a delight! You have to try it for yourself and tell me how much you loved it!
Ingredients:
1 pound grass fed ground beef
2-3 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup coconut aminos, substitute for soy sauce (you can buy it at whole foods)
1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon coconut oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
1/2 – 1 teaspoon crushed red peppers (to desired spiciness)
salt and pepper
1 bunch green onions, diced (don’t skip this!)

Preparations:Heat a large skillet over medium heat and brown ground beef with garlic in the coconut oil and sesame oil.
Drain most of the fat and add honey, coconut aminos, ginger, salt and pepper and red peppers.
Simmer for a few minutes to blend the flavors.
Serve over cauliflower rice or stir fry veggies and top with green onions.
