grilled veggies


ingredients:

2 zucchinis
2 onions
2 carrots
1 sweet potato
1 yam
1 clove garlic
6 tablespoons olive oil

instructions:

Preheat the oven 400 degrees. Chop all the vegetables. Grease your baking dish with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Put all the veggies in the dish. Drizzle 4 tablespoons of olive oil on top. Grate the garlic and spread it on top of veggies. Cover the baking dish with foil. Bake it for 1 hour on 400 degrees temperature. Serve hot! Best to serve it with meat!
