2 1/2 Cups Almond Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 banana (mashed) add more bananas for more sweetness
Chopped Nuts (I used Walnuts)
Nutmeg to taste (more than you’d think, so don’t be stingy)
This makes a pretty good size loaf, so if you like yours smaller than just divided this recipe in half. You can also probably add more banana if you like very banana-y banana bread.
Preheat the oven to 350.
Just toss it all in a bowl and mix, and then put it in a greased pan. Place it in the oven and bake it for roughly 30-35 minutes, but keep an eye on it and use a toothpick to judge when the center of the bread isn’t sticky anymore. Once it seems baked pull it out. Voila! Banana Nut Bread with no grains.
