purple cabbage salad


half of purple or white cabbage
half of lemon
1 onion
3 carrots
1 avocado
4 tablespoons olive oil
pinch of cilantro on top

salt and pepper to taste

Chop the rest of the veggies. Squeeze half of the lemon in it. Pour olive oil with almond oil, add salt and pepper and finally cilantro. Mix it together. Serve.

TIP:  for cabbage is after you chop it in nice thin slices add salt to it right away and slightly mix it. It will make cabbage nice and crunchy.
