My husband and I we’re craving something sweet tonight. And I decided to make these “chocolate almond truffles” for the first time. Hope you enjoy it my as much as we have. You can be more creative by adding different kind of nuts.
3 tablespoons almond butter
1 1/2 tablespoon of baking cacao
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
Mix all the ingredients together. Take a spoonful of the mixture. Make it into small balls. Allow the truffles to cool in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes until it hardened. Decorate it with coconut flakes before serving.
Makes about 12 small balls.
